I want to thank John, Jim and Matt for making this car buying experience so easy and painless. We have been a Hyundai family since the 80's when we got our first Excel. I came in on a cold rainy night just to look around with no intention of buying a new car. John braved the elements and came out to talk to me and I'm glad he did. He walked around in the cold, laughed and talked to me, told me about some options that I had never thought of before and never once pushed or tried to force me to buy a car. When we went inside to talk, he got me a cup of hot chocolate and he and Jim made me an offer I couldn't refuse! These guys are the best. They didn't have the car I wanted on their lot so they had it brought in from Manassas. I went in and talked to Matt who had the paperwork prepared and ready to sign and drove away in a new Sonata. This is my first Sonata, we have had an Excel, Accent, Tiburan, Elantra Sedan, Elantra Wagon and 2 Santa Fe's but somehow skipped the Sonata until now.
