The Hyundai Santa Fe offers a compelling blend of space, fuel efficiency, and style for the urban dweller. Recently redesigned for the 2013 model year, this versatile midsize crossover now features the latest powertrain and entertainment enhancements that Hyundai has to offer. And with three trim levels, there are plenty of options to tailor your ride to your lifestyle. Take a look at a few of your options in the new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe below:
For the frugal shopper, the base Santa Fe Sport offers an abundance of standard features such as power accessories, Bluetooth, cruise control, a trip computer, and Blue Link telematics with satellite radio while still returning 29 mpg highway with front-wheel drive. If you prefer more power under the hood, the Sport 2.0T packs a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine producing 264 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque, while still returning 27 mpg highway.
The Santa Fe GLS borrows much of its feature list from the Sport, but for added utility it also offers a lengthened wheelbase and adds a 50/50 split third-row seats. It also borrows the 3.3L V6 found the Limited trim, providing the best of both performance and utility with seating for seven and up to 80 cubic feet of cargo space, all while returning 25 mpg highway.
As the top-of-the line trim in the new Santa Fe lineup, the Limited model incorporates the latest and greatest that Hyundai has to offer. It comes bundled with all of the features in the 2.0T and GLS models, along with luxury features such as dual-zone climate control, leather upholstery, heated second-row seats, and a 4.3-inch touchscreen with rearview camera among other features. Second row seats are replaced by two more captain’s chairs, providing enough seating for six in total comfort.
